In reaching out to our clients' constituents, JMA makes technical, scientific, health, emergency or other complex information available to diverse audiences, including those who might otherwise not be able to understand or access it.

We provide information, alternatives and opportunities that permit people to make good decisions for themselves and others who count on them.

Public Involvement

Our team helps build public understanding of projects to improve community infrastructure and quality of life. We increase the likelihood of reaching public consensus and strengthening perception of our clients' stature. Clients depend upon JMA for strategic planning, implementation and analysis of public involvement efforts.

The public depends on us to be a neutral convener and reliable broker of information. We offer media relations counsel, program development and training, public meeting planning and implementation, creative design and production, video production and more.

Reaching the Hard to Reach

We are committed to inclusive communication marked by clarity of purpose, thought and expression. JMA develops meaningful approaches to reach populations marginalized from most mainstream planning and communications.

We have core competencies in transferring technical and specialized knowledge to the public at large; preparing guides and handbooks for practitioners; creating actionable information that helps people make good decisions for themselves and those who count on them.

We have worked especially in emergency planning to reach people challenged by health, language, poverty, cultural orientation and other circumstances that may make them exceptionally vulnerable.
